I began working at Glossier, Covent Garden in November of 2023 and quickly saw the same problems occurring on every shift. I decided to carry out my own UX project with the permission of my store managers to find a solution.

I was hired as an intern, and very quickly became the lead of an entire Customer Satisfaction initiative aimed at improving the customer experience at SBS.
I created a communication plan, website, weekly social media content, e-learning, attended industry events and worked with teams across the globe from Noida, India to Madrid, Brussels, Lebanon and Paris.

What started as an instagram account to post my baked goods on became a home-run business, and I needed a better way to take orders which didn’t involve Instagram DMs.
I decided to craft my own website using my skills in HMTL, CSS and Javascript to create a website which fulfilled my business needs but also my customers. The result? Not quite Cedric Grolet yet, but watch this space!
