Creating a Customer Satisfaction programme at SBS

I was hired as a Customer Satisfaction intern at SBS in March 2025 to help create the customer satisfaction programme which would revolutionise the customer experience.

Little did I know, I would be a team of 1 and although I was titled as an intern, I ran the programme largely independently. Sit tight, this is a bumpy ride, but a very rewarding one.
